IPH Developments Ltd. was set up in 2005 by Paul Hanlon who owns and runs the company. Paul has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, dealing with both the commercial and residential sectors.

Our aim as a company is to become a one point of contact for all aspects of work and building solutions required to be carried out in a property in the Munster Area. At IPH Developments we work closely with our customers and believe that communication and clarity is the key to the successful management and completion of a project.

Paul Hanlon takes a hands on approach to all projects undertaken by IPH Developments Ltd. Paul is involved from start to finish on each project. At IPH Developments Ltd we are very proud of our work and guarantee each job to be completed to the highest standard. We are happy to provide references to potential clients and viewing of previous work can also be accommodated on request. Our clients include a number of large property management and letting companies, local housing authority, VEC funded schools and colleges, shopping centres & private landlords.
